Podere Merlo is located in Parma city, just 5 minutes from the HIGHWAY A1, from the city centre MONUMENTAL AREA, and from the EXHIBITION premises.

It is the ideal choice to access quickly and without traffic problems the most important areas of the city and to ENJOY the HISTORICAL CENTRE of PARMA, without any worry of "restricted traffic areas"  and car parking. 

It is connected by bus to the city centre, to the train station and the University Campus.

In particular, we are located :

-5 minutes by car/10 by bike , from Parma city centre

-10 minutes drive from the Airport and the Hospital

-5 minutes/15 minutes by Bus from the Train station

HOW TO REACH US

 By CAR

Arriving from Milano, Bologna or La Spezia, exit  junction "Parma" on Highway A1.

Keep right and follow towards  Tangenziale/Centro. After about 1 km , crossed the overpass, take the dual carriageway (TANGENZIALE ) on your left , direction Reggio Emilia.

Continue about 2 km and turn right at exit nr 2 "VIA MANTOVA" . At the roundabout, take Via Burla following signs to SORBOLO .  Continue straight, at the roundabout follow sings MEZZANI. The B & B Podere Merlo is located immediately after the petrol station , on the same side. By BUS and by TRAIN

The B & B is connected to the railway station by BUS nr 21 direction and stop "CARCERE".

The bus stop is located next to the entrance of the B & B. The same bus connects the B & B to city centre and the University Campus

The B & B can be reached at any time from the airport by taxi, 10 min drive time approx.
